Tomato Salad

Easy and quick to prepare, refreshing, and is a good side dish to meat.


  • tomatos - 3 large ripe
  • Onions - 1 white or red
  • Garlic - 2-3 large cloves
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • basil


Slice the tomatoes in chunks. Slice the onion into very thin rings. Finely grate the garlic, add salt and pepper.

Top salad with basil (I like it better when I use purple basil, it has a richer flavor).

Mix the salad before eating.

It's not necessary to add dressing or sauce to this salad, there is enough of own its juices for this fragrant and delicious salad.
